Reopening the Banner: To change your preferences, clear the 'ni_consent_pref' item from your browser's localStorage. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
To clear your stored preferences:

Firefox: Open Developer Tools → Storage → Local Storage → Delete 'ni_consent_pref'

After clearing, refresh the page and the cookie banner will reappear.
